Rather than relying heavily on structured interviews, we focused on candid interactions and authentic reactions. Short interview-style prompts were used when needed, but the power of the film came from genuine, in-the-moment experiences — not staged storytelling.

The challenge

Igloo knew their products were at the center of powerful, meaningful stories — but capturing those stories authentically had proven difficult.

Previous attempts felt scripted and robotic. The marketing team didn’t want to manufacture emotion or provide a list of forced questions. They needed a team that could independently uncover and draw out real stories while still delivering premium brand content.

The plan

Our strategy was simple: capture the humanity of the story.

Instead of centering the product, we centered the person. We allowed conversations to unfold naturally and focused on real experiences rather than forcing sales-driven messaging. By removing pressure to “make the product look good,” we created space for authentic, relatable moments to emerge organically.
